Our Artisan Tortelloni is hand-folded one by one to incorporate more filling. The pasta has a very high free-range egg percentage (30%) and we use a special blend of 00 and durum wheat flour so that the pasta holds the cooking very well. It’s filled with slow-cooked beef which is slowly braised and roasted to ensure the most incredible melt-in-your-mouth texture. This dish includes both fresh Tortelloni and Sage Butter for 1-2 people

Filling (44%): Beef Shin (35.5%), Onions, Carrots, Celery, Red Wine (8.4%), Water, Veal Stock, Potato Flakes, Olive Oil, Shallots, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Rosemary, Flour 00 (Wheat, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Bay Leaves, Thyme, Black Pepper. Dusted with rice flour.
Sage Butter: Unsalted butter (95%) (Milk), Sage (5%).
Parmesan: Milk, Salt, Rennet.
Wheat, Egg, Celery, Milk.
Produced in a factory that handles Wheat, Egg, Milk, Nut, Mustard, Crustacean, Fish, Celery and Soy.
