Made by the Delfante family business – using only Italian Milk and following the traditional cheese-making processes. Most importantly its rich, sweet and tangy flavour sets it way above its class – a flavour which you can only achieve with the ageing process! Use it to make your pasta even better – or as part of your antipasti on its own – it will surprise you!
