Paccheri is one of the newest short shapes to be introduced to our website. This short, wide tube shape is ideal for chunky sauces as it captures all those delicious vegetable and meat bits. All of our pasta is made using a combination of premium Italian durum wheat and 00 flour with a high egg content (30%), offering the highest quality of taste and texture.
Our Paccheri is sold in 150g packets in order to retain their shape and size, one pack serving size may be suitable for one person, but if you double up for a bigger dish… you won’t be disappointed. This versatile pasta shape can be cooked and served in many ways. Simply boil the Paccheri and dish with a thick sauce and grated Parmigiano Reggiano for an incredibly easy and delicious meal. Cook in boiling water for just a few minutes.
Bring 1.2+ litres of water and a pinch of salt to a boil in a large pot.
Simmer the Paccheri and:
Drain and serve with Parmigiano Reggiano and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.
