Our Artisan Bolognese Sauce is made following a traditional and simple Italian recipe. Originating from the city of Bologna, bolognese sauce is a meat-based sauce traditionally paired with Tagliatelle, or used to make lasagne alla bolognese. In our London pastificio, our chefs slowly braise the beef with vegetables before adding tomato passata and herbs. No preservatives, colourants, or flavour enhancers are added. Pair with any of our fresh pasta!

10 days minimum shelf life.
Bring back to the boil whilst gently stirring, ensure the sauce is piping hot before serving. Keep sauce hot above 65ºC when serving.
