Our potato-based Gnocchi is soft and light in texture and ideal for vegans*. It is freshly made using premium Italian ingredients and a touch of natural beetroot powder to give it its burgundy colour. These gnocchi are extremely versatile and can be served with any sauce. If you prefer them crispy, just pan-fry them in butter.

Suitable for vegans*: this pasta is suitable for vegans as it is made only with durum wheat flour and water. However, our products are not produced with dedicated equipment.
Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to the boil in a large pot.
Simmer the Beetroot Gnocchi and:
Drain and serve with Parmigiano Reggiano and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.
Alternatively, Deep Fry for 2-3 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes after cooking.
